A senior sees a final expense ad on TV, dials the number on screen, and the call rings in the softphone of one licensed agent in their state. The agent pays $70 for a TV call that goes past 55 seconds, and nothing for one that does not.
We publish the rate, the buffer and the hours. We answer every dispute with the recording within one business day. Support is by ticket, and a person reads every one.
