Where the calls come from, and the rules we follow
Every call starts with a person choosing to dial. Here is what that means for you.
Where the calls come from
Every call is placed by the consumer. A person saw an ad on television and chose to dial. We do not call consumers, we do not buy lists, and we do not send data leads to be dialed.
TCPA
An inbound call placed by the consumer is not a telemarketing call to the consumer. Agents must not call the consumer back on a different number without the consumer's consent on the recorded call.
Do Not Call
Our campaigns place no outbound calls, so the registry does not apply to the inbound call. Any callback an agent places must be checked against the national registry by the agent.
Recording
Every call is recorded, both sides. A consent notice plays before the caller is connected. Agents are told on their first login that calls are recorded.
How long we keep records
Recordings and call records are kept for 12 months, then deleted. Disputed calls are kept for 24 months.
