Unused credits

Refunded when you close your account, within five business days, less payment processing fees.

Billed calls

Not refunded on request. A billed call is reviewed through the dispute process: file from the call row within 48 hours, a person listens to the recording and replies in writing within one business day.

Approved disputes

The call's charge is credited back to your wallet.

The seat

A started month of the seat is not refunded. Cancel before the renewal date to stop the next charge. The free first 30 days are not paid out.

Bonus credits

Promotional credits are not refundable.

How to ask

Open a ticket to close the account and request your refund. Disputes are filed from the call row in the portal, not by ticket.
