Final Expense TV Calls for licensed agents
Seniors see the TV ad and call. You answer.
$70 a call. You pay only when a call goes past the buffer. The call rings in your softphone, inside the portal. No form, no list, no callback.
Calls come 9am to 8pm ET, Monday to Friday. Approved within one business day.
Final Expense TV calls
Who is calling
They dialed because the ad said a licensed agent in their state would pick up. They expect to talk about burial and final expense coverage, and most expect a price before the call ends.
What they already know when you answer
Three things. That is all. Open with your name, your state and one question.
The call is about final expense coverage
The ad said so. They are not calling about a car warranty or a Medicare plan.
A licensed agent will pick up
Not a call center. Not a form. A person with a license.
The agent is in their state
Routing only rings agents licensed where the caller lives.

What a final expense TV call is
A final expense TV call starts on the television, not on a dialer. A senior sees a final expense ad during the day, reads the phone number on the screen, and dials it. The call is routed to one licensed agent who is online in that caller's state, and it rings in the softphone in the browser. You do not receive a name to chase later. The person is already on the line.
InboundHQ sells that live call. The published rate is $70 when the connected time reaches the buffer, and $0 when it ends before the buffer. The same $70 applies however long the conversation runs after that point. The seat that holds the softphone, the portal, the recordings, and support is $97 a month per agent, billed to the card, with the first 30 days free. This page is the product page for final expense calls.
TV leads and TV inbounds are not the same thing
Agents search for TV leads and for TV inbounds because both phrases show up in vendor ads. A TV lead, in the way most lead vendors use the words, is a record: a name, a number, and a note that the person saw something on television or filled out a form. You still have to dial it. You still get voicemail. You still talk to people who do not remember asking anyone to call.
A TV inbound is the call itself. The consumer picked up their own phone and dialed the number on the ad. Nobody at InboundHQ dials them first, and we do not hand you a list of those names to dial. If a shop is offering TV leads as a spreadsheet, that is a different product from the call described here. The page on final expense inbound calls walks through the same distinction for agents who have been buying data leads.
Who is on the other end of the line
The callers described on this page are 60 to 80, mostly retired, and usually at home with time to talk. They saw the ad on daytime television. Our campaigns run on broadcast and streaming, which is why a separate page covers CTV final expense calls without turning streaming into a second product or a second price.
They called because they want a price for burial or final expense coverage on this conversation. The ad told them a licensed agent in their state would pick up. They are not calling about a car warranty or a Medicare plan. Open with your name, the state you are licensed in, and one question. Three facts are already in the room: the topic is final expense, a licensed person is on the phone, and routing only rang an agent licensed where the caller lives.
What reaches your softphone
You need a life license in every state you want calls from. Inside the portal you choose which of those licensed states are on. A computer with Chrome and a headset is the whole desk. Nothing is installed. Your cell phone never rings. You do not need a dialer or a CRM. The portal keeps the call log.
Calls are offered from 9am to 8pm ET, Monday through Friday. One agent gets each call. It is not shared and it is not resold. If you do not answer, the call moves to the next online agent licensed in that state, and the miss is not billed. An offline switch pauses routing, so the softphone cannot ring while you are away from the desk. A daily cap can be set once you are live.
- A life license in each state you turn on
- Chrome, a headset, and hours between 9am and 8pm ET on weekdays
- A funded wallet, with a minimum first top-up of 5 calls, $350
- Five minutes for the TV call training and the quiz
- Spanish-language calls are not available at launch
When the $70 is billed
The buffer is connected time. It starts when you answer in the softphone and ends at hangup. Ring time, hold time before you answer, calls that never connect, calls routed to another agent, and the test calls we place during setup are not billed. The buffer for the campaign is shown in the portal before you go online. Read the buffer guidelines before you take the first call so the rule is familiar.
Under the buffer the call is $0. It still appears in the log. At the buffer the call is billable at $70. Past the buffer the price stays $70. The buffer is not a promise of a sale and it is not a cap on the conversation. A call that reaches the buffer is billable even when you decide the caller was not a fit. That case belongs in the dispute process, not in a request for an automatic refund.
The wallet, the seat, and leaving
Every top-up is 5 calls or more. The minimum is $350. You can pay by card, instant bank payment, or ACH. Later top-ups follow the same minimum. Credits do not expire while the account is active. The seat is not taken out of the wallet. It is $97 a month on the card, first 30 days free, and you can cancel it any time. If the seat lapses, routing turns off and the credits stay until you return or ask for them back.
Unused credits are refunded within five business days when you close the account. The pricing page also notes that the payment processor's fee is deducted from that refund. Billed calls are not refunded on request. You file from the call row within 48 hours, a person listens to the recording, and you get a written reply within one business day. Approved credits return to the wallet. A dispute is a review. The way that billing rule is sold in the market is covered on the page for pay-per-call final expense.
Recordings and the rules around the call
Both sides of the call are recorded. A consent notice plays before the caller is connected. You are told on first login that calls are recorded. Recordings and call records are kept for 12 months, then deleted. A disputed call is kept for 24 months. You can play every recording from the call row.
The consumer placed this call. The compliance page is where we describe sourcing, the practice that an inbound call the consumer placed is not treated here as a telemarketing call to that consumer, and the practice that the Do Not Call registry does not apply to the inbound call itself. Any callback you place, including a callback to a different number, has to follow the practice on that page: no callback to a different number without consent on the recorded call, and you check the registry yourself before you dial out. That page is the description of our sourcing. This isn't legal advice; talk to your compliance team or attorney.
A live transfer is a different handoff
Some agents know final expense calls only as live transfers. On a transfer, another person may already have asked the caller's age, state, and interest, and the billing trigger is whatever that vendor published. InboundHQ does not sell live transfers. On a TV inbound you are the first licensed agent on the line, because the caller dialed the number on our ad. The comparison, including what we will not invent about other companies' prices or close rates, is on live transfers vs inbound calls.
If you run a floor instead of a single desk, the owner dashboard is $147 a month plus $97 per agent, first 30 days free. Each agent has a login, an online switch, and a call log. You can fund one wallet or one wallet per agent. Routing still looks for an online agent licensed in the caller's state. Volume rates, when they exist, sit above a monthly minimum that is agreed in writing. The details are on final expense TV calls for agencies.
From application to the first ring
The application is short. A person reads it and replies within one business day. Most agents take a call the day they are approved, once the training is passed and the wallet is funded. The training for this call is five minutes plus a quiz. You will not find a promise of Saturday hours here. Ask about Saturdays after you are live. Until then, plan on weekdays, 9am to 8pm ET.
When the desk is ready, apply for final expense calls. If you want the map of every final expense page first, start at final expense calls, then read final expense inbound calls and CTV final expense calls. Pricing for the call and the seat is on the final expense TV call pricing page, and shorter answers sit on the final expense TV call FAQ.
Questions
Why $70 when some sites say $45?
Those rates bill the moment the call connects. Ours bills only after the buffer. A wrong number or an early hang-up costs you nothing here. Compare the buffer, not the price.
What hours do final expense TV calls come?
9am to 8pm ET, Monday to Friday. Ask about Saturdays once you are live.
What rings when a TV call comes in?
The softphone inside the portal, in your browser. Chrome and a headset. Your cell phone never rings.
Are TV inbounds shared with other agents?
No. One agent per call. The call is never shared and never resold. A missed ring goes to the next online licensed agent, and you are not billed for the miss.
What if the caller hangs up quickly?
Under the buffer the call is $0. At the buffer, and for the rest of the conversation, the call is $70. The buffer length is shown in the portal before you go online.
Do you sell Spanish TV calls?
Not at launch.
How soon can I take a call?
Approval is within one business day. Most agents take a call the day they are approved, once training is passed and the wallet is funded.
Where do I read the billing rule in full?
The connected-time rule, including what never counts, is on the buffer guidelines. The wallet and the seat are on the pricing page.
Under the buffer, a TV call costs nothing.
Every dispute answered within one business day with the recording. Unused credits refunded if you leave. First 30 days of the seat free. No contract.
Two-minute application. A real person reads it and replies within one business day.
