The rules, in plain words
Six things to know before your first call. Nothing else is in the fine print.
What a buffer is
The connected time a call must reach before you are charged. Ours is 55 seconds. A call that ends before 55 seconds is never billed.
The buffer is not a promise of a sale and not a limit on the conversation.
When a call is billed
The moment the connected time passes the buffer. Ring time and hold time do not count.
The charge and the recording show in your portal within a minute of hangup.
What is never billed
Calls under the buffer. Calls that never connected. Calls routed to another agent. Test calls we place during setup.
Your wallet
Every top-up is 5 calls or more, $300. Card, instant bank payment or ACH. The seat is billed to your card separately and never comes out of the wallet.
Credits never expire while your account is active. Pause everything with one switch.
Disputes
Every call is recorded, both sides, with a consent notice. File a dispute from the call row within 48 hours. A person listens and replies in writing within one business day.
Approved credits go back to your wallet. A dispute is a review, not an automatic refund.
Leaving
Cancel the seat any time before its renewal date; routing turns off and your credits stay. To close the account, open a ticket. Unused credits are refunded within five business days, minus the payment processor's fee.
One afternoon of calls, on paper
One agent, one top-up, four calls and one dispute. This is what the wallet shows.
Three calls were billed
Each went past 55 seconds. $70 each, $210 in all, came out of the wallet within a minute of each hangup.
One call was free
The 12:51 call ended at 0:48. It is a line in the log and a $0 charge.
One dispute was approved
The 11:20 caller wanted a different product. The agent filed from the call row, a person listened to the recording, and $70 went back.
A call is not a lead
A data lead
A name and a number you have to reach. One hundred dials from a lead list give you about ten conversations. The rest are voicemail, wrong numbers and people who do not remember the form.
A TV call
A person already on the line who dialed because they want to talk about coverage. Ten calls are ten conversations. You pay only for the ones that go past 55 seconds.
Under 55 seconds, you pay nothing.
Every dispute answered within one business day with the recording. Unused credits refunded if you leave. First 30 days of the seat free. No contract.
Two-minute application. A real person reads it and replies within one business day.
